We only collect information required to deliver the project effectively — such as brand details, content, references, and contact information.
All information shared with us is used strictly for project execution and communication.

Confidentiality

All client data, files, and discussions are treated as confidential.
We do not share, reuse, or disclose any sensitive information without permission.

However, Kratika Creation reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless a prior written NDA is signed.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is completed.

Until then:

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of Kratika Creation

  • Concepts, drafts, and unused options cannot be used, shared, or recreated

Revisions & Scope Control

Projects are executed based on the agreed scope.

  • A defined number of revisions is included

  • Additional changes or new directions may be treated as extra work

This ensures timelines and quality are maintained.

Third-Party Assets

Any stock images, fonts, or third-party elements used may require separate licensing.

  • Clients are responsible for purchasing required licenses unless agreed otherwise

  • We are not liable for misuse of unlicensed assets after project handover

Timelines & Delays

Project timelines depend on timely communication and feedback.

  • Delays in response may impact delivery timelines

  • Extended inactivity may lead to project pause or rescheduling

Payments

  • Work begins only after advance payment

  • Final files are shared after full payment

  • Payments once made are non-refundable due to the nature of creative work

Limitation of Liability

Kratika Creation is not liable for:

  • business losses resulting from design usage

  • performance of marketing campaigns

  • technical issues beyond design scope

Communication & Approval

All approvals shared via email/WhatsApp are considered final confirmation.

Once approved, changes may be treated as a new request.

Freelance Collaboration 

For projects involving collaborators:

  • Work is shared on a need-to-know basis

  • All collaborators are expected to maintain confidentiality

  • Kratika Creation manages coordination and quality control
